Procurements
This section publishes requests for quotations from FSBI "NMRC RB" of the Ministry of Health of Russia for the acceptance of quotations from business entities operating in a functioning competitive market corresponding to the intended subject matter of the procurement, inviting them to submit quotations for the goods, works and services to be procured. The requested information is necessary to comply with the requirements set forth in Art. 22 of the Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated 05.04.2013 "On contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs".
NOTE:
The price quotations shall take into account FSBI "NMRC RB" of the Ministry of Health of Russia conditions of the planned purchase (delivery procedure, payment procedure, availability/absence of contract enforcement requirements, volumes, terms and periodicity of delivery, availability/absence of costs for taxes, fees, duties and other obligatory payments, and other conditions), and shall specify the structure and price validity period of the goods, works and services planned for purchase. Price quotations shall be accepted provided that they contain an indication of the trademark, the name of the goods in accordance with the marketing authorization, the name of the manufacturer of the goods, and the Russian Classification of Products by Economic Activities code for each item. According to clause 3.13.4 of the Methodological Recommendations approved by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia No. 567 of 02.10.2013, preference shall be given to price offers containing price calculation.
