My name is Tatyana Mikhailovna Berdikova and I received a rehabilitation programme at the Centre for Rehabilitation and Balneology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. During my stay at the centre I was prescribed procedures of exercise therapy, mechanotherapy, laser radiation, massage, duplex scanning of lower limb vessels, vortex baths. My condition improved, I was able to lift my leg. I would like to thank Mark Markovich Belimov, Yuri Petrovich Petrov and all the doctors and instructors who work in this centre and help people with injuries. Many thanks to them.
