Patients with central nervous system disorders receive medical rehabilitation after:
  • strokes (haemorrhagic and ischaemic), brain surgery (removal of aneurysms, haematomas and benign tumours) and spinal cord surgery (from 7-8 days after a surgical intervention up to 14 days;
  • cranio-cerebral injuries;
  • spinal column injuries;
  • other neurological conditions.
Patients with peripheral nervous system and musculoskeletal system disorders receive medical rehabilitation:
  • after musculoskeletal injuries - bone fractures, dislocations, injuries to the capsular ligamentous apparatus of joints, contractures in the post-immobilization period and after surgical interventions;
  • after joint and limb surgeries (from the 3rd day after the surgery), including osteosynthesis, endoprosthetics, arthroscopic surgeries, remedial surgical procedures (including foot surgeries), spinal surgeries;
  • for all types of arthritis (coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis, etc.) at various stages;
  • in multiple skeletal deformities in patients with hereditary systemic connective tissue diseases;
  • after spinal fractures, including osteoporosis;
  • after peripheral nerves injuries;
  • in dorsopathies with intervertebral disc lesions in the spine;
  • after amputations and endoprosthetics.
Patients with somatic diseases - cardiac pathology and in the post-surgical period - after performing operative interventions on the cardiovascular system:
  • after coronary bypass surgery and aortic prosthesis;
  • after balloon angioplasty and stenting (coronary vessels, neck vessels, brachiocephalic arteries, renal arteries and lower limb arteries);
  • after arrhythmological surgery (radiofrequency catheter ablation, cryoballoon ablation, pacemaker implantation and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator);
  • after a prosthetic heart valve repair;
  • at the post-inpatient stage of conservative treatment of patients for decompensation of chronic cardiovascular diseases;
  • Patients after a history of pneumonia (COVID-19) with a negative PCR swab result, with test results for immunoglobulin class G M (IgG M) to SARS-Cov-2.
A comprehensive rehabilitation programme uses the following methods:
  • physiotherapy: extracorporeal shockwave therapy, laser therapy, pulsed low-frequency electrotherapy, electrostatic massage (hivamate), general and local magnetic therapy, pressotherapy, local cryotherapy, etc., which is necessary for functional recovery, pain relief and to prevent the formation of severe scarring and its consequences; magnetic and laser therapy is also provided in wards at early stages of rehabilitation;
  • Balneologists provide virtually the entire spectrum of modern hydrotherapy, numerous wellness and prevention programmes; the department is able to provide baths with various mineral compositions (sodium chloride, iodobromine, siliceous, complex brine, dry carbonic, pine and pearl baths), hydrogalvanic baths, underwater shower-massage, Charcot shower;
  • mud and parafang applications;
  • a pool for exercise therapy is available.

All these methods are combined with exercise therapy (mechanotherapy and simulators), manual therapy, massage and reflexology by a qualified team of instructors and doctors.

Hospitalization within 3 days in case of negative PCR test results for SARS-Cov-2.

The average cost of rehabilitation for 10-12 days is 150,000.00 roubles.

The cost depends on the ward category and the treatments prescribed.

The treatment is prescribed after an examination by specialists in exercise therapy and a physical therapist.

Ward stay per day:
1-bed ward – 5500,00 rub.
2-bed ward – 4700,00 rub.
3-bed ward – 3900,00 rub.
Luxury room – 12500,00 rub.

The price of the wards includes meals and a daily check-up by the attending physician.
