  • Development and adoption of personalized programmes for active longevity and healthy lifestyle;
  • Development of new improved programmes for cardio-rehabilitation and spa treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, after acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, cardiac surgery (aorto-coronary and mammaro-coronary bypass, endovascular interventions with stenting on coronary and peripheral arteries, surgical treatment for heart defects);
  • Research and development of new methods of medical rehabilitation and spa treatment using physical methods in patients with endocrine and metabolic diseases: diabetes mellitus, obesity and metabolic syndrome, systemic osteoporosis and sarcopenia;
  • Development, systematization and adoption of modern medical technologies of sanatorium and spa treatment in the programme of health preservation for menopausal women;
  • Development of personalized methods of medical rehabilitation and sanatorium and spa treatment in pregravid preparation programmes for women with gynaecological diseases of chronic course, at the stage of complete or incomplete remission;
  • Development of physiotherapeutic methods of therapy and rehabilitation of urological patients, including innovative application of sanatorium and spa treatment in the complex therapy of the vasculogenic form of erectile dysfunction in patients with inflammatory diseases of the male reproductive system and erectile dysfunction;
  • Development of algorithms of personalized staged nutritional rehabilitation and preventive programmes for patients with chronic non-infectious alimentary-dependent diseases: atherosclerosis, morbid obesity, insulin-independent diabetes mellitus, mental depression, autoimmune diseases, secondary immunodeficiencies, digestive system diseases, autoimmune diseases, protein-energy deficiency, musculoskeletal diseases, metabolic syndrome, etc;
  • Drafting of clinical recommendations for medical rehabilitation, sanatorium and spa treatment of patients with cardiovascular, endocrine, urological, gynaecological pathology and metabolic diseases.

  1. Development and scientific justification of the use of natural and preformed therapeutic factors in the programme of sanatorium and spa treatment of women of reproductive age with recurrent antibiotic-resistant urogenital infections.
  2. Development of personalized programmes of sanatorium and spa treatment of patients with infectious-inflammatory diseases of the male reproductive system aggravated by the erectile dysfunction.
  3. Development and scientific justification of the application of complex programmes of medical rehabilitation of patients who have undergone the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 using VR technologies, mechanotherapy with biofeedback and cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy.
