A master class "Art Therapy in Rehabilitation" will be held on 4 December, from 14:00 to 16:00. It will be conducted by Maria Guseva, Head of Art Therapy Programme of NMRC for Rehabilitation and Balneology of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Head of the Department of Interdisciplinary Medicine, Ph. "Colour therapy is an effective tool for self-development and self-discovery. A special feature of the master class is in the individual approach to each listener. I will offer our visitors a technique that will help them realize their creative potential, unlock their creativity, and most importantly will take them away from the state of worry and stress to a state of freedom and creativity. We do not paint pictures, we visualize the emotional state of a person on the canvas through a color or a combination of colors, which gives an insight into yourself, helps to analyze what you have created from the point of view of diagnosing your state. Colors have an incredible power of influence on our well-being. Having learnt to work with them, the participants of our master class will be able to improve the quality of their lives," Maria Guseva said.

A master class "Resources for the Soul. Drawing with Wool as a Means of Art Therapy" on 7 December, from 14:00 to 16:00.
